Across our domestic facilities, covering nearly 20,000 m², we operate three ISO Class 100,000 cleanrooms for injection molding, printing, and assembly, including one fully automated single-flow injection molding + PVD coating line. Sepstar strictly adheres to the IATF 16949 Quality Management System, backed by nearly 20 years of experience serving leading global brands. Our expertise spans product design and development, quality planning, automated manufacturing, and advanced inspection.
Sepstar Mexico, as the group’s North American manufacturing hub, focuses on precision plastic molding and component assembly. By combining efficient production practices with our core technology strengths, we provide fast response times and localized services to regional customers.
